short answer is no ;) Keep the X10 wireless stuff it works better than the Z-Wave stuff!
use the X10 wireless stuff to trigger the Zwave units in XTension via scripts. No reason to try to convert everything all at once. There will be alternatives int he future, but right now I’m using all sorts of wireless X10 stuff to Z-Wave dimmers.
