RFX Fails

Hello Chuck 

I have just built a version of the RFX (old style USB) that does a Ping.
On failing to see a response 3 times, it will quit and the main app will restart it automatically.
(or try)

I need to test this on other OS versions, so if anyone wants to try this, let me know off-line.
