Hello Sonya!

I am sometimes guilty of not testing with an empty database which has caused people trouble with brand new installs in the past. I’ve just run through things with an empty one now and it does seem to startup OK.

Though a CM19 is a USB device, so the first thing you’ll have to do is the “install USB device support” from the file menu.

Please feel free to email me off the list directly to my email address the output that gives you, or any errors that are in the log when you try to do that.

It definitely should not be crashing on you when you try to start things up! We will sort it out and get you up and running!

I am on El Capitan (10.11.4) and latest version of the app. Does not look like I can get any of the app windows to open via app menus. I can get the Pref window and the Interface status window to open via keyboard shortcuts, but no way to actually install my CM19. I am assuming that whatever is causing the issues above may also be causing the app to crash, while I am desperately trying to click around on menus and buttons at random, although I have not been able to figure much out from the stack dump.
