Xtension USB port dead again with El Capitan update

Well, there is no interface. No Kespan device, nada. Its simply a USB cable
plugged directly into a USB port on the back of the MacPro at one end, and
directly into the SmartHome 1132U on the other.

Before 10.11.4, when this happened for 10.11.1 etc, I could unplug the
1132U from USB and from the wall, unload the drivers, reload the drivers,
plug the USB into the 1132U, plug it into the wall outlet and that seemed
to do it.  Now, I do that and nothing changes.

Not sure its the time to go buy a new interface ...

So I've unplugged the 1132U  and I'll try again in 2 hours ...
