Your biyearly DST pain continues... check your scheduled events!

I have already fixed and verified, as much as possible, the “spring forward” problem. It will be in the next release which will be before then, you can test it for real! I’m glad I can save at least some of you guys some pain.

I’ve got some work to do on the fall back logic, but I’ve got some time before thats a crisis again...
