VeraLite/Z-Wave delayed response to XTension-issued commands

I had that green light flashing on a friends Vera that stopped working. I brought it home with me with the intention of resetting it since I couldn’t get it to talk to me but when I plugged it in here it all went back to normal and I never did figure out what was causing that. It definitely means your vera is in pain though.
