Universal One For All URC 3000

Good morning Jeff, and thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, this is Universal’s new touch screen programmer known as the MX-3000, and my old Universal One For All is a URC 3000 shown here:

It has IR receivers on the front of it. I hope someone recognizes it and can confirm that it will do what I need, which is to receive a set of RF to X10 signals from a Universal MX980 and pass them onto the power line where a matching XTension unit will send HTML or AppleScript to Safari to simulate the pressing of some screen buttons on the WunderMap webpage. 

I will then port the HDMI output of the Mini running this to a AV matrix mixer so that we can see, live, the computer projection the next 6 hours of Doppler radar.
