This error is different now :) It no longer says that the host cannot be found, it says the host isn't responding. So now without the extra "e" in the link it was able to look up the address.
So at this point the no-ip client is working and you can scratch that off the list of problems. It may be that it's not working in the backgorund properly or it may be that it's not updating, you'll have to pay attention to it to make sure, but for the moment it's no longer part of the geofancy problem.
