I'm always tickled to hear this kind of story, as it is a strong statement about HA, subtly delivered.
All the ads can't affect someone like direct contact.  We should thank you for passing it on :)

You should thank yourself too.  You are the one who put it together and tailored it !
You pay attention to it and maintain it like any other asset… as indeed it is.

But there's no secret, you really must have the time and inclination to tailor and tweak, before you get to that point.
Thereafter, it's got a way of weaseling into other things, and it becomes a part of your life.

And it's no secret that it's the courtesy and support of the list members thru the years, that has kept us going !
