Solved: My serial device stopped working

Yes Rob,
If for some reason XTension can't find the interface it defaults to TCP
which I always liked instead of turning it off or deleting it. Usually this
is after the interface has been yanked or dropped and XTension is
restarted. I have had this moment as well so now if for some reason I get
this, a interface is not functioning I check for the interface connection.
I have been running XTension on Hypervisior/Bare Metal Server and I get
this when I'm shuffling around machines inside of the server sometimes.
So if you have the preferences window open while you plug back in the
interface just close the preference window and then reattach the device all
better now.
