Yosemite Upgrade

With the help of Paul K and James, X2Web seems to be pretty much functional now. Here are the minimal changes I made to the Apache files in the Yosemite version. I am not running SSL:

From James and echoed in Paul’s list:
Uncomment the following lines in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
	LoadModule cgi_module libexec/apache2/mod_cgi.so
	LoadModule actions_module libexec/apache2/mod_actions.so

From the internet and echoed in Paul’s list"
Uncomment the following lines in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
	LoadModule userdir_module libexec/apache2/mod_userdir.so

From the internet and tested in my system:
Uncomment the following line in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
	Include /private/etc/apache2/extra/httpd-userdir.conf

From the internet and tested in my system:
Uncomment the following line in /etc/apache2/extra/httpd-userdir.conf
	Include /private/etc/apache2/users/*.conf

Reset permissions as indicated in Paul’s write-up.

I can now access X2Web locally and via the internet using Safari (desktop and mobile). I was using a different mobile browser but that seems to no longer work so I’ll stick with Safari. So I am back in operation. If a better way to to this unfolds in the future versions of XTension then I’m all for it as this stretched my limits of Unix commands.

Lets hope this all still works after a full restart!

Thanks All,

Rich
