Hey all,
Couple of things I could use help with today:
James, I know we dealt with this before, and I thought it was solved on my end. I cannot Edit/Delete an Airisight or Ninja Cam Control unit in Web Remote. At the time, I think we just rebooted WebRemote. As a test, I created a separate page, placing new instances of each on that page, and I still could not Edit/Delete the units.
We also discussed being able to utilize PTZ on my Vanguard XC21B on Web Remote. You mentioned it could be possible, so I set the camera to "Transmit Enable", and tried it using my CM19A transceiver. No luck for me.
Also, you know when you double-click on a camera thumbnail is goes to a larger screen of that thumbnail? There is a button under it called "Video Archive". Clicking that button takes me to (what could be for me) a very useful function.
This part of the log might help; this is after I clicked Video Archive:
10/11/13 8:01:49 AM XTRemote: video thumbnail open event
10/11/13 8:01:50 AM XTRemote: video thumbnail open event
10/11/13 8:01:50 AM XTRemote: runtime exception in GotVideoFrame
10/11/13 8:01:50 AM XTRemote: runtime exception in GotVideoFrame

10/11/13 8:01:51 AM XTRemote: err count in exception handling is 3, stopping stream
10/11/13 8:01:51 AM XTRemote: cVideo.TargetReply array altered in another thread while we're sending.
10/11/13 8:01:51 AM XTRemote: runtime exception in GotVideoFrame
10/11/13 8:01:52 AM XTRemote: runtime exception in GotVideoFrame
10/11/13 8:01:52 AM XTRemote: err count in exception handling is 3, stopping stream
10/11/13 8:01:57 AM XTRemote: shown event begin
10/11/13 8:01:57 AM XTRemote: looking for video archive subfolder named (HB1)
10/11/13 8:01:57 AM XTRemote: shown event end
I guess what I'm asking is, where is this looking for those clips/videos or whatever; because I'm not seeing them. I thought they may point to the directory I set up in Video Pitcher, and based on this, I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
In Video Pitcher's preferences, I have set the video streams to go to one folder. I'm guessing this is a global setting; in other words, I couldn't set up a separate path for each cameras' Movie Capture .
Sorry for the ignorance. Thanks in advance for your help.
Tom
