I'm envious <g>. Mine here isn't that stable and can do a 10 VAC change 
in a second. My comment regards NO voltage meant to indicate your 
utility company electric was zero and that you were on UPS battery backup.

Michael has a very helpful power company. I doubt mine here would 
entertain checking my ground as it is a cost item for them and my 
responsibility. However, AC grounding is the thing most take for granted 
as good. In DC systems grounding is critical to function.
