Dim Address
Sends a dim or brighten command directly to an X10 address.
Usage:
dim address “B7” by 20 interface “My CM11”
Notes:
To send an X10 “BRI” command use a negative value.
If you have a Unit assigned to the same X10 address it will not update in the database.

Sends an X10 Preset command directly to a specific X10 address.
Usage:
preset address (text, an X10 stile address ie. “D4”, P1”)
to level (integer, the level to send. [0-31])
