====Preset Address====
Sends an X10 Preset command directly to a specific X10 address.

===Usage:===
**preset address** (text, an X10 stile address ie. "D4", P1")\\
 **to level** (integer, the level to send. [0-31])

===Optional Parameters:===
**interface** (text, name of an X10 capable interface through which you wish to send the command. This is required if you have not set a default outgoing powerline interface, or if you wish to send it through an interface other than the default)

===Examples:===
**preset address** "E12" **to** 10 **interface** "cm11a phase 2"
