====Dim Address====
Sends a dim or brighten command directly to an X10 address.

===Usage:===
**dim address** "B7" **by** 20 **interface** "My CM11"

===Notes:===
To send an X10 "BRI" command use a negative value.\\

If you have a Unit assigned to the same X10 address it will not update in the database.\\
\\
The **Interface** parameter is optional if you have specified a default outgoing powerline interface in the preferences. Otherwise, or if you wish to send the command down a different interface you must specify the interface name.
